1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lead Mining ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2 Description of Service
Lead Mining provides real estate property data, lead generation tools, and related analytics through a web-based platform. Data is sourced from public records and third-party providers.
3 Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4 Subscription Plans & Billing
- New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with 100 leads to evaluate the platform
- A valid credit card is required to start your trial — you will not be charged until the trial ends
- After the trial, paid plans are billed monthly at the prices listed on our pricing page
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis through our payment partner
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — access continues until the end of your current billing period
5 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or scrape data from the Service without authorization
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Share account credentials with third parties
- Violate any applicable laws including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Do Not Call regulations
6 Data Accuracy
Property data is provided "as-is" from public records and third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Always verify information independently before making business decisions.
7 Lead Limits
Each plan includes a monthly lead allocation. Unused leads do not roll over. Exceeding your plan's limit requires upgrading to a higher tier.
8 Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Lead Mining. You retain ownership of any data you export from the Service.
9 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, access to premium features ends at the close of your current billing period.
10 Limitation of Liability
Lead Mining is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
