1.1. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which LeadMining (“LeadMining,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may issue refunds for subscription fees paid for the LeadMining platform at leadmining.app (the “Service”).
1.2. By subscribing to the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy, which is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service.
1.3. All billing and payment processing is handled through our authorized payment processor, Whop.com.
2.1. New users may be eligible for a complimentary 7-day free trial of the Service. During the trial period, you may access core platform features with a limit of 100 leads.
2.2. No charges will be incurred during the free trial period. If you cancel your subscription before the trial period expires, you will not be charged.
2.3. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
2.4. Free trials are limited to one per individual, household, or payment method. Abuse of the free trial offer may result in account suspension.
3.1. All LeadMining subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis at the rate corresponding to your selected plan:
3.2. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.
3.3. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
4.1. 48-Hour Refund Window: If you are charged for a subscription renewal and have not pulled any leads or exported any data during the new billing period, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the charge.
4.2. Service Issues: If you experience significant, documented technical issues that prevent you from using the Service for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for a discretionary refund or service credit. Such refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
4.3. Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error (e.g., double charge, wrong plan amount), we will promptly issue a full refund for the erroneous charge upon verification.
4.4. Refund requests submitted after the 48-hour window, or where leads have already been pulled during the billing period, will generally not be approved. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in extraordinary circumstances.

6.1. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days from the date of approval.
6.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction, processed through Whop.com.
6.3. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

8.2. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation. If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or in bad faith, your account may be permanently terminated.
8.3. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe is unwarranted, and to provide transaction records and usage data to the payment processor and your financial institution as evidence.
9.1. LeadMining reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email.
9.2. The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your charge applies to that specific transaction.
