1.1. LeadMining (“LeadMining,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the property data platform located at leadmining.app (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our Service.

1.2. By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, please do not use the Service.

1.3. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Service and does not apply to information collected by third parties, including any websites or services linked from the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your full name, email address, phone number (optional), and an encrypted hash of your password. We may also collect your company name and role if provided.

2.2. Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including: property searches performed, filters applied, leads pulled and saved, pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform, and data export activity.

2.3. Device and Browser Information

We collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, referring URL, and general geographic location derived from your IP address.

2.4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use session cookies to authenticate your account and maintain your logged-in state. We also use browser localStorage to save your preferences, filter settings, and interface customizations. See Section 6 for more details on our cookie practices.

2.5. Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by our third-party payment processor, Whop.com. We do not directly collect, store, or process your credit card numbers or full payment details. We may receive transaction confirmations, subscription status, and billing identifiers from Whop.

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1. We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including delivering property data and search results.
  • To process your subscription billing and manage your account status through our payment processor.
  • To improve and optimize the Service, including analyzing usage patterns and developing new features.
  • To send you important notifications about your account, including billing confirmations, plan changes, and service updates.
  • To send occasional product announcements and marketing communications, from which you may opt out at any time.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues.
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and protect the rights, property, and safety of LeadMining and our users.
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from public authorities.

4. Information Sharing & Third Parties

4.1. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4.2. We share information with the following categories of third-party service providers, solely to operate and improve the Service:

  • Whop.com — Payment processing, subscription management, and billing. Whop receives your email address and payment details to process transactions.
  • Google Maps Platform — Map rendering and property location display. Google may receive property addresses and your IP address when map features are used.
  • BatchLeads — Property data API provider. We transmit property identifiers and search parameters to retrieve property records. No personal user data is shared with BatchLeads.
  • Google Analytics — Anonymous usage analytics to understand how users interact with the Service. See Section 6 for opt-out options.

4.3. We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal obligation; (b) protect and defend our rights or property; (c) prevent fraud or address security issues; or (d) protect the personal safety of users or the public.

4.4. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this policy.

5. Data Retention

5.1. We retain your account information (name, email, phone) for as long as your account remains active.

5.2. Upon account deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days. Certain data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

5.3. Usage logs and analytics data are retained for a period of 90 days from the date of collection, after which they are aggregated and anonymized.

5.4. Backup copies of data may persist in our systems for up to an additional 30 days beyond the retention periods stated above.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

6.1. Session Cookies: We use essential session cookies to authenticate your identity and maintain your logged-in state. These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled.

6.2. Local Storage: We use browser localStorage to save your preferences, filter configurations, and interface settings. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless necessary for Service functionality.

6.3. Analytics: We may use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data. Google Analytics uses cookies to track interactions with the Service. You may opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

6.4. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not participate in ad networks or cross-site tracking.

  • HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.

7.2. While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

8.2. Export: You may export your lead lists and saved data through the Service’s built-in export functionality.

8.3. Correction: You may update your account information at any time through your account settings.

8.5. Marketing Opt-Out: You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly.

9. Children’s Privacy

9.1. The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

  • Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
